Personalized Name Ring

I really liked the ring but the bottom name on mine broke off after 2 weeks the second ring I ordered was for my son’s girlfriend they broke up 2 days before I received ring in mail so I would like to return it and exchange it fo another one for myself

I bought two of them one for my daughter and one for my daughter n law and they love it I wasn’t expecting the quality to b as good as it was so im very pleased and so r they they love it
