I love this tool!
I use it on my face almost every morning, it doesn’t even feel right to go about my day without it! 😄 It’s cool, smooth surface feels so good on my face when it’s all tight and puffy in the morning. It is very breakable, you have to be carful not to drop it..I’m on my third one because I keep breaking them! 😆 But, I love it so I keep buying new ones. I even kept the half from the last one I broke and used it til I could get a new one. Their customer service is great, it came with a handwritten thank you on the invoice, which was a very nice personal touch.

WOW - absolutely exceeded my expectations
Not only did my product arrive on time in lovely, sustainable packaging, there was a hand written "thank you" note wrriten on my receipt of sale AND they included samples of two products! A Tansy facial oil and an eye oil to target puffiness. LOVE the jade Gua Sha I purchased and will be coming back for more products for sure. So rare to smile and feel welcomed by a company with uour first purchase. Def the little things that count and make a difference in a saturated market.
