Vegan B-Complex Drops

I’ve been taking this b complex every day for about 2 years. I’m very sensitive to supplements and have had side effects from other B vitamin complexes (tachycardia, flushing, etc) but I take this one with a full meal and haven’t had any issues. It gives me very subtle energy to help me get through the day without feeling jittery or anxious. Oh, and it tastes good enough that I look forward to taking it!

Absorbs quicker

Love all the liquid vitamins that absorb in your body quicker. This one taste great and helps my mood, also need the brain function being that I will be 63 next month. Thank you Mary Ruth your products are amazing as are your fireside chats...honored to be part of it.

Absolutely delicious! This one is a lifesaver. I dont have to worry about what a multi has to pair with other vitamins. Just a simple dose when needed.
