I've been using this supplement for a little while now, and I'm happy with the quality. The capsules are easy to take, the packaging was secure, and the product arrived in excellent condition. Everything matched the description, and overall it's been a positive experience. I would definitely consider purchasing it again.

I’ve been taking this b complex every day for about 2 years. I’m very sensitive to supplements and have had side effects from other B vitamin complexes (tachycardia, flushing, etc) but I take this one with a full meal and haven’t had any issues. It gives me very subtle energy to help me get through the day without feeling jittery or anxious. Oh, and it tastes good enough that I look forward to taking it!

Mot much of a change from taking this…is it advisable to takr more than directions state?
