Used this aged Provolone cheese on my homemade pizza and it was great.

Love love love this cheese. Having lived near Philadelphia with some great Italian neighborhoods we were spoiled to get aged provolone. Now that we make our home in beautiful New Mexico we have so many great Mexican cheeses but we do miss access to Italian cheeses. Thanks for making it possible to get these and not break the bank.
