Extremely Fresh!
They were great in color and freshness. Just not a lot of taste, pretty bland. Onions baked in the dough would be amazing!

Like being back in Brooklyn
One of the biggest shocks leaving Bensonhurst for school in Maryland was the loss of fresh bread, including bagels. Something I took for granted growing up. Much of that has been lost over the years. But fresh bialys and bagels makes up for some of it. I am grateful. Thank you.
