Replacement key

My rep knew exactly what to ask me to know which key to send me to replace the keys I lost for my bike rack lock. The keys arrived just when he said they would.

Exchange parts

I lost the keys for my rack and ordered the wrong ones. When I sent these back the correct ones were promptly mailed with no problems. Great bike rack. Great service.

Awesome Rack

The E Destination rack is awesome. The bikes are easily loaded using the included ramp and are held steady with the locking arms and the strapping. The rack is well built when tightened on the hitch is rock solid, This is a great rack.
