Best in Class Eye Lid Base

Receiving smaller amounts with the same price … disappointing hownut dries up quivkly now / i have used for years but see a slight change in the product

Great eyeshadow primer or stand alone lid highlighter.
I had some trouble applying this, as it would clump up. Nina suggested that I start from the center of the eyelid and smooth to the edges w my fingers first, and when I got more comfortable, a foundation brush. It 100% worked, and I love how it brightens my lids.
