The product arrived in BLAZING fast time (3 business days), and was in good condition. I can't speak for the durability of the item since I received it today, but they seem sturdy enough (definitely meant to be used once the bottles are near empty). They were slightly confusing to organize the gaskets and each adapted and such, but it was too hard. I would give it a higher rating, but I haven't had much time to see how the product holds up. Also, the dispensing nozzle is not completely attached, meaning, if you pull moderately hard, or rather too far, the cap will get removed. This could be useful if there's a jam from something like your lotion getting a dry clump, but I would rather it would it require more force to remove the cap.
