I tried this product a few years ago and had diarrhea. I stopped it after only using about 1/3rd of the box. I decided to give it another try again. I ordered a box late last fall. Same thing happened. Severe diarrhea. I took several weeks off. Now, I am trying to alternate the doses. One day I take the am dose. Next day the night dose. So far, I am okay with this. If this does not work, plan C.
