I started taking this product a couple years ago after being diagnosed with osteopenia. The little daily packets make it easy to take. I take one packet daily because of the cost (which is why I gave it a 4 star rating). Next year I will be taking my bone density again and hopefully I will have better results.

It’s my second month and it’s much easier than my other bone growth pill. And liking the multivitamins included. Going to order third package.
