Pretty, not the most sparkly shimmer. Probably tricky to make it super shimmery while keeping the depth of color when formulating. But it's a very nice deep cool-tone navy blue (looks deep blue in all lighting, not black like some deep blue shimmer polishes). Monochrome, no shift to any other shades. The formula was all right.

Stand-out blue!!
I love this color! It’s like wearing an ocean on your nails!! The sparkle is just right and the color lasts about a week with just the fast drying top coat. Amazing price, brilliant color!
