This is a great product that is very effective. I noticed a difference within a week or two after initiating it, especially in my digestive system. It has been a staple in my morning routine since it was first launched years ago! My only complaint is the quantity given for the price. For me, it is most effective when two tsp are used per day. Therefore, the product runs out in about 2 weeks.
