Sablefish
This is just great tasting fish great as baked also in soup . I like any white fish it difficult to pick a favorite, because all fish is great ! No comparison with fish we buy in local stores, after cooking fishy odors stays for 2-3 days.

Sablefish is GREAT
Hi All, We tried Sablefish once on a lark and we were hooked!! This is a really rich fish that you can just bake at 425 with salt/pepper/bit of olive oil and it is DELISH!! We now buy it regularly in our box!!
