Fish arrived perfectly frozen. We really enjoy sablefish - the flesh is very delicate and holds up well to various seasonings (especially miso paste).

Sablefish
The Sablefish is outstanding! I haven’t had sablefish since I was a teenager (now in my 70’s). It is not available locally. I was so excited to see that you offered it. I made your suggested recipe, Ginger Soy Sablefish. It was perfection! Thank you, Sizzlefish!

I love Sablefish
Sablefish is creamy and delicious. The portions are usually generous. Sizzlefish does a great job packaging and delivering. I have reordered a few times already.
