Halloween Hat Knitting Pattern

Again knitted in the round from 2 very small charts which I don't understand. Description said step by step instructions but there are none. Another one zI would not have purchased if full description had advised chart knitting in the round. Again customer service have not bothered to even acknowledge my email.

Purchased the digital pattern on line. Unable to download. Company not responding to emails regarding helpful advise. Most disappointed.
