The Thumb Stabilizer

I did not like my order was incomplete. I order 2 hand hearth in small black color I received the small but the color beige. I also didn’t receive the free booklet for hand exercise. Is their a return label. May i should have ordered from the company it self instead of the Shop app.

I originally gave this company raving reviews on their product; hiwever, its now very sketchy and not right. Ive not received this items after being provided 3 different tracking numbers. 1st tracking USPS said it had counterfeit postage on it. I contacted the office and was assured it was fine. It never came. 2nd tracking provided and delivered to a location nowhere near me. I reached out again and was assured my order was still on the way. Then I was given a 3rd number and received another counterfeit shipping notice. I wrote in requeating a refund. As of yet the refund isn’t ahowing. If it doesnt, I will dispute with my card company.

I never received the order that was placed 7/8/2026. I have tried to get i formation and refund from customer service but they will not respond to my email requests!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
