I ordered an upper door hinge for the Gaggia Babila in January of 2024 and I could not be more satisfied. the part was a perfect match for my machine and the step-by-step replacement video was extremely thorough and enabled me to complete the replacement on my own.

I ordered parts (hinges) and was struggling with the replacement. I sent them an email asking for help and they replied with instructions and an instructional video. I was grateful.
