Calmare Ice Plus

I gave it four stars rather than five because… I find when it comes out of the freezer. It’s almost too extremely cold cold to put on my forehead. I have to give it a few minutes to slightly thaw out, so it isn’t that uncomfortable putting it on my forehead.

I’ve tried a half dozen difference brands. This is my favorite! Just the right compression. Doesn’t get too cold. Covers the top of my head. Thank you!!!

This product didn’t work for me. I’ve had migraines for 30+ years and hoped for a non-medication option. The materials and cooling insert have a strong smell that triggered and worsened my pain. The device is also too noisy, and when the air pockets inflate, the mask shifts off the pressure points. If you’re sensitive to sound, light, and smell, this likely isn’t for you.
