The device works great, but the shipping box was torn open and the product has no other seal. So i don’t really know if it’s been used before and that’s pretty poor for a medical device that I need badly. I hope that if there is any issues with it i could get a replacement. But honestly need the device too badly to send it back wait another week and i can’t necessarily afford a second one. So far it does a good job other than sometimes it feels like only one side working before both sides turn on higher levels

The product itself is wonderful. But I can’t get more than 2 ft away from it before it becomes disconnected. I have blue tooth headphones that stay connected even if I leave it upstairs and go to the basement

Right now I'm very unhappy with my purchase. It shuts off and disconnects frequently during the treatment.
