Fantastic! First time I used it my neck and shoulder felt loads better. I've used it most days since I got it, can certainly feel the difference on days I don't use it. Wouldn't say its curing my issue but it helps to alleviate symptoms more than anything else I've tried, including physio. Been well worth buying.

For years I've had issues with my neck and being able to pick my head up, especially after laying belly down and lookong at my phone in bed. I tried a lot of different massage and roller devices over the years to try to help the situation, but after 2 sessions with this device, my neck is working completely normally. I only wish there were more custom settings aside from the default program with different levels of heat and intensity. It would be nice if it just pulsed, or just vibrated. I can't argue with the default programming because it worked really well, but it would be nice to have a setting where the stimulation remained constant for times where I'm just trying to relax using the device. Overall I love it and will be recommending it when I meet people woth the same issue I was having.

My daughter used this product and it worked so well that I gave it to her, and bought myself both the neck and the back fisiorest.
