The heat and automatic massage helped the neck muscles to be relaxed and less sore. In addition to my personal neck exercise this was essential. 40% improved now, I was in tremendous ache all the time with tight neck muscles. Thank you for creating this wonderful device.

Honestly a little disappointed. I have super tight neck muscles and always trying to find ways to loosen them. I see a chiropractor regularly and have had massages, PT and all kinds of other massage tools to try & help. This isn't really a massage tool, it mostly just vibrates. I've tried it a couple timea but don't feel any difference.

Not worth the price and it doesn’t massage. It just vibrates at different strengths and intervals/frequencies. It doesn’t work the way the video demonstration portrayed its massage feature. I have no idea if it’s doing what’s intended, but it still feels somewhat nice and relaxing.
