Not a Sizzlefish Favorite
The catfish filet is my last box was just OK; the taste was fine but the filet shrunk up quite a bit. I probably will not order it again, rather I will stick with various cuts of white fish (cod, haddock, sablefish) and sushi grade tuna.

Perfect Catfish Portion!
I sliced the catfish, seasoned, breaded, and lightly pan fried for dinner and my entire family absolutely loved it! Will definitely order again!

Best Darned Catfish Around
I know catfish is "basic", but this catfish is absolutely awesome in every way. Perfectly sealed in individual packages delivered right to your doorstep. The flavor is phenomenal and so fresh, I was so happy with these filets and loved them seasoned with a little cajun spice, flour, panfried.
