I use this every night after cleansing my face and I leave it on overnight. I do not use anything else at night. In the morning I can still feel the moisture on my face. I used to use several products at night but realized less is best and this is it.

as a person with sensitive skin, I can sometimes struggle to find a product that feels nourishing yet gentle for my face. this matcha mask has been my favorite to put on before bed for several years now. it's light enough to leave on, and cooling too- which feels great when it's hot out or after a nice hot shower/bath.
