Candy Apple

Man this product is super good, a little goes along ways. I love the candy ape flavor, i ise it to mop my floors and the smell isnt puny it has an amazing dtring scent but not too strong! I used a cap full the first time and thought i would lime it stringer so i tryed 2 caps and its alot stronger and the scent hangs around longer then every thing else i have used.

The soaps were not nearly as fragrant as the ads imply but they smell okay. I can't smell it at all once it dries. I also got the add on mop heads which don't attach to the mop at all since they're slightly too small. They fall right off the second you lift the mop up. However, the soaps clean the floor as long as you use your own mop heads. I gave this some time so I could try all the scents I bought but I can honestly say it's not worth the hype unfortunately

I originally placed an order because I wanted to try the floor cleaner and see if I even liked the product. I did not realize I was signing up for a subscription. I only became aware of it when I saw another charge on my card and realized a second bundle was being sent. I have been trying to cancel the subscription, but for some reason the “More” tab on the website, where I’m supposed to be able to cancel, does not work for me. I’ve also emailed the company twice asking for help and have not received a response. It’s very frustrating to be charged for another order when I only intended to try the product once, especially when I’ve made multiple attempts to cancel and cannot get a response from customer service. The cancellation process should be much easier and more accessible.
