✅ came today replaced through the old one away ran the water got rid of the carbon that was inside the new filter running like a charm so far took my shower earlier so I’ll check it out tomorrow sometime thank you, Eskin

Filters last 1 week
Let me start with, customer service is top notch. Phenomenal. However, the product is not. I have well water and our water is very hard. Because of this, these filters last MAYBE 1 week in our home. Customer service sent replacements twice then even replaced the whole shower head once with no resolution or fix to the issue. They’ve tried hard to make things right but the problem persisted. When the filters are fresh I did notice an improvement in my hair and skin though. I hate to leave a 1 star review but the product unfortunately genuinely didn’t work for me for the investment.
