Frustrating software limitations and missing installation parts

The product has great potential, but it misses some crucial features. First, the app software is very frustrating: it is impossible to set a custom time schedule for the Auto-Lock feature (e.g., to only lock at night). Trying to create an automation for this is a nightmare because the app completely hides the lock from the "Perform Actions" list. Second, the packaging does not include proper spacers for Base A, making the physical installation difficult for certain doors. SwitchBot needs to fix these software limitations and hardware omissions immediately.
