A Must-Have
When it comes to simplicity, convenience, portability and value, the Iso-Bow is unparalleled, It is, all at once, many things. A strength trainer, a range of motion enhancer, and a potentially always available "tonic" to lift one's mood and overall feeling of vitality and wellness . While I think everyone could benefit from using one, as an information-worker who spends a good deal of time seated, I find the Iso-Bow facilitates frequent and potent, "exercise snacks" to counteract the effects of being sedentary. I anticpate buying more and gifting these to loved ones. It is hard to believe that such a simple device can actually significantly improve the quality of one's life. Thank you Bullworker!
