I love the feel and the look of the Edith but I returned it because the color was wrong. I’m waiting till they inspect it when it gets back to the store. Then I’ll order a different color. John has gone above and beyond for me. Thank you

John was absolutely amazing! The first topper came in and it was the wrong color. When I contacted the company I heard very quickly back from John. He really went out of his way to make sure we got the perfect match for me. I absolutely love it, he couldn’t have done better! The whole process was so easy, everybody at the Company was a pleasure to deal with.

I ordered it online. It has a lot more gray and black in it than my bio hair. My hair is more white/silver.
