The first pair was defective as an eyelet broke when trying on the very first time, however when I called to report this the customer service individual was very helpful and apologetic. They were going to get the replacement pair going as fast as possible. Actually received them right after sending the other ones back. They are comfortable but seem to run a little large I got the 12 as usual but an 11 1/2 probably would fit better but the sizes were either 11 or 12. Just glad I didn't get wide or would have to wear two pairs of socks. I tracked my return and has been sitting at a USPS distribution center in New Jersey since July 2nd.

Poor quality. Heel padding is non-existent. I got blisters in less than 2 miles of walking on a moderate trail. They also possess a very strong chemical smell that i would expect from waterprood shoes. I wanted to like these, but im not impressed.

I owned and wore a pair of these for a couple years but they were always a tad wide. I still liked them because of the support they provided and the fact that they were light. But with some stretching and the fact that I lost a lot of weight, I decided to get a new pair that were more narrow. I bought these in a smaller width. I use the spacers provided and an insole recommended by my podiatrist. The fit is good. My impression is that they run a little wide in general, but I like them enough that I'm sticking with this second pair. The first pair was not worn out, I just needed to downsize a little.
