I needed discs like the Core Sliders in order to do some of my ab exercises. My home gym has a low pile carpeting and these were exactly what I needed to be able to do important exercises that are part of my training program. Considering how inexpensive these are and how good they are at facilitating exercise, I highly recommend them.

These are a great tool to add to your gear. I use them for core and also some functional movements for leg day. They are a nice size and won’t take up room in your bag or your home gym. There are 2 sides to use depending on where you are doing your workout at. One is better for carpet and the other side is better for hardwood/tile flooring. A great product at a great price. Loving the bright yellow color, too.

They work great!
I've been using the sliders for a few weeks and I'm happy with the quality and size of them. They glide smoothly over the tightly woven carpet in my home gym. They foam cushion side has a good thickness to it, it's very comfortable. I feel these will laste a long time, they're really nice.
