Stackable Resistance Bands Set

I work out at home. I have only dumbells and an incline bench. Some exercises can't be done very well with just dumbells. These bands have been the perfect solution. Great quality and very easy to set up. You can vary the resistance during same exercise just by adjusting your foot stance. The stackable bands give more than enough resistance. In fact, I've switched the bands for some of my usual dumbells exercises. And we just went on vacation and took the bands. Didn't have to find a clubhouse with exercise equipment, had it with me. Im short, I love these bands. Get some, you'll love them too.

I like the fact that the handles can be used for any of the bands. Also, the handles are really solidly made. Best resistance band set I've ever seen. On sale for a really good price at the time of my purchase. Thank you.

I have only had it for a couple of days. I like the quality of the tube bands. The ankle straps could be a little thicker and the velcro a little bit more aggressive. But in general I like this setup
