Using Restful Legs, Restful Legs PM, and Gummies for sleep

I have used Hylands restful legs for years now. It calms my legs when they start moving independently, either with the feeling of electric shocks down my legs or pain emanating from my glutes. The PM can help, however I need to take it when I go to bed rather than mid-night, and generally my legs don’t bother me until 2 or 3 in the morning, especially on nights where I cannot fall asleep. The gummies for sleep (new to me) are helping me with sleeplessness. Thank you very much.
