The meat is the best you can get

It was extremely expensive for a minuscule portion of meat. I understand it's a single source meat, but the shipping was well over 1/2 the cost of the product. I gambled, hoping it would be worth it, but no, it's not. Sorry for the poor review, but your consumers should be aware. Next time, I'll go to the Farmer's market for such single sourced products.
