Excellent Quality, Outstanding Customer Service, but Choose Your Color Carefully
I purchased Cozy Earth bamboo sheets after hearing so many positive reviews, and overall I have been very pleased with them.
The sheets are generously sized, with deep pockets, wide hems, and excellent overall construction. The fabric is exceptionally soft, breathable, and stays comfortably cool even during the hot, humid Florida summers. The stitching and craftsmanship are first-rate.
I did experience two issues. My original gray set tended to show shadows and always looked as though it needed washing, even when it was freshly laundered. Because of that, I decided to exchange them for white.
When my white set arrived, it included a king fitted sheet and king pillowcases, but the flat sheet was mistakenly a queen size. I contacted Cozy Earth customer service, sent photos of the packaging and tags, and they immediately verified the error and shipped the correct king flat sheet without any hassle. Their customer service was professional, responsive, and made the process effortless.
The white sheets have been beautiful. They look fresh and clean, and I have not experienced any of the shadowing that I noticed with the darker color.
Overall, I highly recommend these sheets for their comfort, quality, and outstanding customer service. My only suggestion is to choose lighter colors—especially white—as they showcase the beautiful fabric much better than the darker shades.
