Big improvement over the old foam pad. More breathable and comfortable than it looks and feels to the touch.

I bit more "flexible" than I expected. I had hoped to use it to double for comfort and stiffness against my back with a frameless pack. We will see if that works or not and whether it stays in my gear list.
I do see it being an excellent knee pad, as well as sitting pad while I am on the trail and while I am on the ground organizing gear at camp.
