Flow Timer

Unit looks and performs great. Very thoughtful product design, and the team did an excellent job navigating launch bugs. They did the right thing by shipping updated replacement units at their expense, and the new unit is flawless.

I’d forgotten to include a photo of the gray flow timer. Beefy item and well designed. The included charging cord is my backup; I have a USC C both ends charger cord I use for my other devices. I’ve yet to charge it since it arrived. The timer is heavy not cheaply designed or crafted. The functionality is simple once I figured out the on off and preset buttons and toggling. Like the fuel gauge arrow in your vehicle that tells you which side of your vehicle the gas tank is, the timer has an unobtrusive arrow indicating the timer in work mode or rest mode. Just the timer alone would have increased my productivity and effectiveness since over 40 years ago. I keep mine in its charging dock until I set up my home office. The stand is handy and the default tone? It’s different from my Apple devices tones so when it chimes I know it’s either get back to work or time to rest. With this timer during its first use I overdid it and my mind was exhausted. That was at 25 5. The 45 15 works for me. Good for anyone and especially racing minds and minds that drill to every detail and lose track of time like mine.

I let it run throughout the day on a 30/5 cycle. During the 5 minute periods I walk away from work, stretch do a little mini-exercise, and then come back refreshed. The device works perfectly, feels and looks great on my desk, and the chime is such a pleasant sound. It’s exactly what I was looking for!
