A great planner with a few nits
Absolutely does what it says on the tin ... lays out an intentional structure to your week and day, and makes it easy to get into the practice of previsualizing the week ahead. Going with the Wellness version gives me places to keep track of basic body stats and I appreciate that. My nits are super-minor and have more to do with how I use my tools than any shortcomings of the planner or system itself. And to be clear, I don't aspire to join the ranks of JournalTok. I diary and keep notes like a caveman. My first quarter book, had two ribbon book marks which I used to mark the day I was on and the 12-month view. This most recent had only one. No biggy as I can use post-it flags, but it does point to the fact that it would be a nice value-add if the planner shipped with a sheet of punch out flags the user could stick on if they chose. You could have one per section ( Mission, Goals, Project Tracker, etc) and ship a total of 12 on a sheet. No need to turn this into a sticker book, but easier navigation to flip back and forth between the day view and the larger picture would be great, and really reinforce the idea that focus comes through being able to zoom in, but easily contextualize where today/this week fits within the quarter. The paper has a nice tooth to it which makes it good for mechanical pencils, colored pencils, fine-line markers without smudging. Ink bleed through on the planners’ pages in not enough of a big deal to make me sad about it. I use very wet fountain pens, and the .1mm stub nib soaks through just about everything. However, when I use a normal broad or medium-nibbed pen, there’s still some bleed-through. Not enough to booger up the next page, but not zero bleed through. That said, to go with a heavier stick feels like the wrong move. FF does a fantastic job with training on how to get the most out of the book with its main videos. However, I am too impatient to watch videos and would much rather download a cheat sheet or click on an infographic that summarized how to set up and then the recommended daily routine. Typing this up, I may see what I can get Claude to do to build out something like that. Net net I’m super pleased with the Wellness planner. It rides in my purse along side my junk diary and together, the two complement each other.

Love the planner & mindset support
Michael Hyatt's book Free to Focus helped shift my mindset and the Full Focus planner gave me the structure to implement new practices that I took away from the book. I love sitting down with this planner every morning to start my day. It helps calm my mind from the overwhelm and frenzy of too much to do, and focus on what's most important. The Wellness component helps me stay balanced so my goals don't get off track, which can happen when I don't plan for the basics (health meals, rest, connection, restoration). The only (very minor) improvement for me would be if there were a dot-grid matrix on the big blank notes sections. My OCD hates to see when my handwriting isn't straight or consistent size with the rest of the book.

Wellness Planner
I’ve been a loyal Full Focus Planner user since 2018, and it remains the backbone of my daily routine. While I’ve tried various versions, I’ve found that a few small tweaks would make it the ultimate tool for my lifestyle. The Wellness Planner is currently my absolute favorite. It strikes the perfect balance for tracking my health goals alongside my daily tasks. However, if I could change one thing, it would be the calendar layout. I find myself constantly wishing it featured the extended calendar view found in the Executive Planner. If the Wellness version incorporated that broader scheduling perspective, it would be a total game-changer!
