Mid Loft Bed

I searched off and on for literally a few years. We initially bought a loft from WayFair and realized during assembly it definitely wasn’t going to work. The pieces were literally splitting as we connected them. We got a refund. I’ve had my eye on Maxtrix for some time but couldn’t find a ton of reviews. Shipping did take some time due to it being a large item. We’ve had ours for about a month and I’m very happy with it. We got the drink holder and book rack which work perfectly. I also appreciate that it is customizable. If we need a new room layout, move, etc we can customize our existing piece to fit our needs. This is a game changer. My daughter is 7 and is already asking for a taller bed. We are keeping mid height for now but I’ll def consider changing this out in a few years to make more room.

Please fix the terrible shipping service. No tracking informariom and no communication for 4 weeks aftee the order. Them called to schedule a delivery date and time window 9am-1pm. Never showed up, and then rescheduled at 12:45 for different day.
