Product is fine. The experience was awful. An anonymous neighbor kindly deposited my order on my front step last night. It’s finally here, after Stance and FedEx turned a simple delivery into a Kafkaesque nightmare of incompetence. Let’s be real: a basic maps check would’ve revealed (1) FedEx left the package at somewhere that wasn’t my address, and (2) where it actually went. Instead, I was told to play detective in a sea of identical condo units, chase down stray packages, and, for the love of the 1990s, print, sign, and submit a physical document. For a premium brand, this was a masterclass in wasted time and absolute absurdity. Stance, do better. Hold FedEx to the bare minimum of getting a package to the right door, and both companies scrap your maddening chatbot labyrinths. You’ve made your stance clear. I’ve made mine. I’m out.
