I love Emile Henry products, and this square baker is just the quality you expect when buying Emile Henry. Also, it is so easy to clean compared to other baking dishes I've used in the past.

A Christmas Present for Myself

I have had your 9" x"13 Baker for over 10 years now and simply love it! So, I decided to indulge myself for Christmas and bought your Modern Classics Square Baker. I even wrapped it and put it under the tree. Since then, I've used it four times and have been delighted with its even cooking and easy clean-up. It's just the best!

Wonderful square baker!

So after purchasing the Large Rectangular Baker I knew I wanted to expand the collection--this one is perfect for our household of two. It easily fits in my Breville toaster oven, cleans up SO easily, and looks great as a serving dish. I recently obtained a nonstick square baker but will donate it, especially after realizing you cannot cut in it which is not very user-friendly. Love the red color, too.
