These gloves are off the charts! I own several pairs of gloves for my Big Green Eggs, but these are absolutely a necessity if you are moving expanders and conveggtors. We use them once or twice a week when we downshift to cooking veggies, and they are a total game-changer.

Good for heat! Terrible for cooking!
These gloves absolutely protect from the heat! They also prevent you from having a nice grip on cooking utensils.
