I never expected the loaf pans to be so heavy. I’ve never had cast iron loaf pans. They are beautiful and easy to use. The bread hook is great. I’m so happy I bought the Nutra Mill mixer. I love it.

We haven't used the bread pans as yet, but replaced the dough hook that came with our Artiste after making our first batch of bread. It works so much better, and is more stable to knead the dough. I am learning to use the new equipment, but will take time. I've made 3 batches of bread, and a double batch of cinnamon roll dough so far. I also tried to make butter in the Artiste, but think it gets too warm, and ruined the butter. I need to work around this and put in a separate bowl and use a hand mixer for butter. That's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, I am very happy we got the Artiste - the bread is getting better and better after each time using it.

I just need to read up on how to use the cast iron bread pans. Temperature and time of baking. Without reading up on instructions, my first trial was a disastrous.
