The cloche is a beautiful piece of equipment. I am using it with my Blanc Creatives roaster for bread. It’s easy to use. I like that I don’t have to reach down into the pan to drop the dough as I do with my dutch oven (which I like and is a great baker) - I can just set it on the flat surface of the roaster and then put the cloche on top. It’s nice. I’ve had the roaster for years and use it almost daily for all kinds of things. We’ll see how I like the cloche over time.
