The best supplement I’ve used for CrossFit!

I swear by this stuff. I’ve tried other creatine products in the past, Kre-alkalyn is by far the best. I love skipping the loading phase that normally comes with creatine.

I love that this very fine powder dissolves instantly, and that it is buffered for GI comfort. Also does not require a loading phase and seems quite effective.
