We took these for a couple of months. They didn't mess with my digestion as long as taken after dinner. My partner noticed an improvement in his energy levels and was kind of disappointed to stop taking them after I got pregnant (8 weeks :) I used the ovulation tests, and then found out with the pregnancy tests.
