First and foremost, the customer service is outstanding. I didn’t receive the included over grip and weight kit and they sent it out right way. It was okay I didn’t have these things because it gave me a chance to play with the paddle as is. This paddle is very maneuverable and has good feel. I also got a lot of compliments on the colors and questions about it. I’ve received the weight kit and over grip, which are great. I watched the videos and put the weights where they recommend and played with the paddle with this setup and it was awesome. I noticed the increased stability and plow with the added weights. I’m really enjoying this paddle and I’m glad I bought it. It has become my go to paddle and I look forward to many great matches with this paddle in hand.

Was scared to change from my 1st paddle after playing for a year and a half and moving up in skill level but I must say I love the new paddle! Definitely wish I would have changed sooner!

I’ve been playing with the Havik 2.0 for about a month now and I can honestly say it is absolutely the best paddle I have played with out of the box from day 1! I have been using the Aura Pro, which I already loved, but wanted some help with my hand speed in the kitchen so I took a chance on the Havik 2.0. And it does everything it says as advertised! Hits drives much like my Aura Pro but is far faster near the kitchen with a silky smooth touch. Thought I’d go back and forth between this and my Aura Pro but have not needed to. Most paddles take a minute to get used to or extra weights here or there but this paddle is perfectly balanced from the get go, at least for my playing style. Bravo on an excellent paddle. Would highly recommend!
