Power and control combo
I bought two Epp turbo elongated over the last three months. The paddle has direct linear response to my swing input, both at the baseline and the kitchen line. It has the best combination of power and control in the current crowded 4th generation paddle market.

So far so Good!
I have gotten to play on Friday with my EPP Turbo LH Hybrid. So far, I feel the paddle is very solid and has a very large sweet spot. It is much hotter than my Joola Perseus which is a gen 3 paddle. I would compare it to the hotness of a Boomstick. With that being said I felt control could be managed with some getting used to and some further "break in" of the paddle. I will really like to see where it is at after another couple of weeks of play. I will also say I went with the hybrid and with the long handle. In particular it does make the face appear smaller especially coming from an elongated paddle. That may or may not bother you. For my swing it does at least initially appear that I have a few fewer mishits with this paddle than I do with my Joola. Again, that is just 1 day of play for about 4 hours. All in all I am pleased with the paddle but would really need a couple of more weeks with it to give my absolute review. I'm also interested in seeing what an MPP feels and plays like.

Not just a great budget paddle, but a great Paddle!
I received my EPP Turbo a few days ago and I love it! It arrived in a box (some other paddles I've ordered in the past came in a cheap bubble envelope...sigh) about a week after I ordered it. I added some overgrip - I do like my grips a little bulkier- but it feels good in my hand. It seems to have a large sweet spot and has a satisfying pop. I liked it stock, but I added 6 grams to the throat (3 gram lead weights on each side) and I like it more. I've played with other paddles (Friday Aura, Six Zero Double Black Diamond, Babolat Strikr+, Franklin Dynasty c45) and so far I like this one best for it's consistency, pop and power. I'd love to try out the MPP Turbo too, but it'll have to wait. I'm looking forward to league night!
