Naturally delicious

I enjoy the natural taste of good beef, and the beef sticks and brisket are perfect. Only problem is stopping when I start eating it. Sure it may cost a little more than the big brands but it's not all fat and filler, this is real meat.

Not disappointed

Yummy! Hubby and I do like jerky but have stayed away due to unhealthy ingredients. The brisket is amazing, great flavor, great texture, best we've ever had. You won't be disappointed!

Met expectations...which were high

So, I placed my order because I was as curious as I was skeptical. Like most of us, I'm sure we saw a product that promised the world, and...kinda-delivered? But, I had a road trip coming up, so I figured I'd place the order. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well it lived up to the claims - beef, salt, that's it...and the taste lived up to it. It definitely didn't have that sugary taste, and the "fat soluble" description was a pleasant surprise - it lives up to the claim there. I'm definitely going to order again at some point; I've got some Christmas present recipients who will like it. I gave the product four stars for two reasons. First, I'm not *quite* saying the price is unreasonable (I know the good stuff costs money and small business economics are different), but I do think I'd want the bag to be a bit bigger for the MSRP. The second reason is a matter of personal preference: I did find my particular bag to be just a little too salty for my preference; usually I can only have 2-3 slabs before I have to 'call it' due to the salt. If there were a 'reduced sodium' version I'd jump on that, and for those who like it VERY salty, you'll be happy, but this is my review, and my preference =). Overall, worth the purchase. It didn't exceed expectations, but it did meet them.
