Luxe | Flawless Base Essentials

This has been the worst online purchase experience I have ever had unfortunately. Order finally came 10 WEEKS after buying. It took three communication complaints querying the status of my order which were answered by an AI bot that kept saying Lux will get back to you within 24-48 hours (which NEVER happened). I'm surprised the product arrived at all. This experince has really soured the purchase and even if the foundation is really good I will NEVER be purchasing from Luxe again and nor would I recommend them until they greatly improve their customer service. This is a very sad review to write but you do not run a business like this.

Love this. Im not very good at puttting foundation on but this is so easy and has great coverage.

It’s ok but it is showing my wrinkles more then not having makeup on
