Really soft cushioned insoles with arch support. I’m looking forward to going out for a walk in them. Really comfortable and fit perfectly. I had a query and emailed customer service and got a speedy response which helped me to make my purchase.

Sandals are pretty comfortable. Not sure I like the straps, wee bit stiff but they'll probably soften with use.
