What a fantastic company. The bags are fabulous and of the highest quality. The customer service is outstanding. Not only did I receive this beautiful, soft, useful back pack but I got another two bags free. What a lovely surprise. I can't thank this company enough with their personal touches too. Fabulous bag, just the right size for a day trip… room for bottle, book, spare top, even my crocheting stuff! Light, beautifully made, plenty of pockets. LOVE!
