The Shop Cash rewards program, including Shop Cash Promos and Earned Shop Cash (as defined below) ("Shop Rewards Program"), is offered by the Shopify Contracting Entity for your Designated Region (see Part II) ("Shopify", "we", "us" or "our"). Participation in the Shop Rewards Program is subject to these Shop Rewards Terms, the Shopify Consumer Terms of Service, the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy, and any other agreement you may enter into with Shopify from time to time (collectively the "Terms"), which are part of these terms. Capitalized terms we use but do not define here have the meaning given in the Shop Terms of Service or in the Shop App Help Center.

You may not merge, share or transfer your Shop Account or Shop Rewards.

Shop Cash may only be earned on Transactions Eligible for Earning for the portion of an order that is paid with a credit or debit card. No Shop Cash will be earned on the portion of an order not paid with a credit or debit card, such as gift cards, rebates, or using any form of discounts or promotional value. We will show you at checkout when and how much Shop Cash you can earn.

Shop Cash will not be earned on transactions that are found to be fraudulent, disputed or returned, unless these Shop Rewards Terms say otherwise, and we will subtract any related Shop Cash from your balance.

Shop Rewards can only be redeemed on Transactions Eligible for Redemption within the time shown in your Shop App account. Shop Rewards are applied to the total order value, including shipping and taxes. We will show the value of any Shop Rewards you use in your cart at checkout. Shop Cash is not property and has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, gift certificates or gift cards and is only promotional. You cannot buy, sell, advertise, or trade Shop Cash. It also cannot be split up in a settlement, legal case or death, no matter your relationship.

Once you use Shop Rewards, that use is final. You cannot get them back or get a refund unless the Merchant agrees to the return.

Shopify can hold back, change or cancel Shop Rewards or other features or benefits obtained using Shop Rewards by you or any other user if Shopify decides that the Shop Rewards were earned, claimed, used or redeemed by mistake, by fraud, illegally, or in violation of the Terms.

Shopify can change how you earn, claim, redeem or hold Shop Rewards, or change the value of rewards or other benefits. Part II sets out the protections that apply to these changes in your Designated Region, including notice, a valid reason, and the balance you have already earned.

Shopify may update these Shop Rewards Terms from time to time. Any changes to these Shop Rewards Terms will be binding on you. If you keep taking part in the Shop Rewards Program or using Shop Rewards after we post updated terms, you agree to the new terms.

Shopify may transfer or assign any of our rights or duties under these Shop Rewards Terms without telling you first. You may not transfer or assign Shop Rewards or these Shop Rewards Terms to anyone else. Any transfer that breaks this rule has no effect.

Shopify can change, limit, pause, take away, or end your access to and use of Shop Rewards at any time and for any reason. If your access to or use of Shop Rewards is paused, taken away, or ended, you lose all of your Shop Rewards right away, you cannot earn or redeem any more, and you can no longer take part in or rejoin Shop Rewards or the Shop Services. This section does not limit any other rights or remedies Shopify may have under the Shop Rewards Terms, Shopify Consumer Terms of Service or other agreements with you.

Shopify is not responsible for unauthorized use of Shop Rewards. Shopify may, from time to time, ask you for information to confirm who you are before you can use your Shop Rewards, and your access may be delayed until you provide it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

If a Regional Term for your Designated Region conflicts with a Global Term, the Regional Term wins for that conflict. Regions are listed alphabetically. Nothing in Part 1 takes away or limits a consumer right or guarantee for your region.

• Shopify Contracting Entity. The Shop Rewards Program in Australia is offered by Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd, 77 Robinson Road, #13-00 Robinson 77, Singapore 068896 ("Shopify"),.

• §1 (Eligibility). You must live in Australia and be at least 18, with a valid Shop Account in good standing.

• Shopify Contracting Entity. Shopify Inc., a Canadian corporation, 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8.

• §1 (Eligibility). You must live in Canada and be 18 or older.

• §3 (Redemption, Timing, and Expiration) — provincial expiry variations.

  • Unless otherwise noted in the Shop App, any Shop Cash claimed from a Shop Cash Promo or awarded as Shop Promise Rewards has an Expiration Period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from receipt; for an Ontario Resident, that Expiration Period is thirty (30) days from receipt.

  • Unless you are an Ontario Resident or Quebec Resident or otherwise noted in the Shop App, any Earned Shop Cash has an Expiration Period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from receipt.

  • For an Ontario Resident, Earned Shop Cash has an Expiration Period of one hundred and eighty (180) days of Shop Cash Inactivity.

  • For a Quebec Resident, Earned Shop Cash has an Expiration Period of one (1) year of Shop Cash Inactivity.

• Preamble / Shopify Contracting Entity. Shopify Inc., a Canadian corporation, 151 O'Connor Street, Ground floor, Ottawa, Ontario, K2P 2L8, and its affiliates.

• §1 (Eligibility). You must reside in the United States and be 18 years of age or older.

• §3 (Redemption, Timing, and Expiration). Unless otherwise noted in the Shop App, Shop Rewards have an Expiration Period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from receipt. No sub-regional expiry variation applies.

• §11 (Definitions). "Shop User" means a user of the Shop Services residing in the United States. "Eligible Currency" means United States dollars or Canadian dollars; eligible Shop Merchants are those based in the United States or Canada.
