extra protection

looks like it provides extra protection - my handle bars were the only thing i couldn't keep safe on the few times i have used the bag - hoping this pad works.

Solid protection, with more than just padding in the shield,something like a flat flexible sheet within. Is very tight if your bars are 40cm wide,you will need to loosen yiur shifters. But overall an excellent addition to an aerocomfort bag.
